At SkynCap, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are unsatisfied with your SkynCap purchase, we have the following returns and refunds policy in place.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for any SkynCap products once they have been shipped for sanitary reasons. All sales are final. Please ensure that the products, quantity, payment method, and shipping address are all correct before completing your order.
Damages or Wrong Items
In the event that your SkynCap product is damaged, wrong, or missing, please contact us at info@skyncap.com within 15 days of receiving your order and provide the following info:
* Include your Order # as subject line on email*
- Name
- Order #
- Date you received your order
- Photos for proof of damage
We will do our best to assist you in this matter.
Lost or Stolen Claims
We are not responsible for lost or stolen SkynCap products once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the nearest carrier to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a carrier claim number and detailed information, we may be able to assist you further.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot change or cancel it. Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to quickly and efficiently get orders on their way to you.
Please note that SkynCap reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
